  • Visual fidelity

 

FORM3D is intended strictly for:

 

• Concept design

• Visualization workflows

 

It is not intended for construction, engineering, manufacturing, or technical validation purposes.

 

 

3. Accounts

 

You must:

 

• Provide accurate account information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

 

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

 

4. Free Trial & Subscription

 

FORM3D may offer a free trial period.

 

By starting a trial:

 

• You agree to provide valid payment details

• You authorize FORM3D to begin billing automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled

 

Subscriptions:

 

• Renew automatically on a recurring basis

• Must be cancelled before the renewal date to avoid charges

• Are managed and cancelled within your account in the SketchUp extension

 

 

5. Payments & Refunds

 

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

 

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

• All payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun

• Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not entitle you to a refund

• No refunds are provided for partial use, unused time, or user error

 

 

Chargebacks

 

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge:

 

• You are responsible for managing your subscription

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting FORM3D

 

FORM3D reserves the right to:

 

• Provide evidence of usage and agreement to these Terms in any dispute process

 

 

6. Ownership & AI Training Rights

 

 

User Ownership

 

You retain ownership of the 3D models generated using FORM3D.

 

 

License to FORM3D

 

You grant FORM3D a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

 

• Use submitted inputs and generated outputs

• Improve, train, and optimize the platform

 

This includes:

 

• Enhancing model quality

• Improving system performance

• Developing new features

 

 

Data Protection in Training

 

FORM3D will:

 

• Use data in an aggregated and anonymized manner

• Not publicly attribute outputs to you

• Not sell or redistribute your specific designs

 

 

7. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

 

• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

• Submit content you do not have rights to use

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

• Abuse or overload the service

• Share, resell, or misuse access to your account

 

FORM3D may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

 

 

8. Availability & Service Limitations

 

FORM3D is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

• Continuous uptime

• Error-free performance

• Immediate availability of all features

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORM3D shall not be liable for:

 

• Errors or inaccuracies in generated models

• Design decisions based on outputs

• Construction or project-related losses

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of business, revenue, or data

 

Use of FORM3D is at your own risk.

 

 

10. Termination

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

 

FORM3D may suspend or terminate access if:

 

• These Terms are violated

• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
